Therapy Services
Private pay rates:
- Individual Counseling- 60- 75 minutes (ages 16+)**: $125 – telehealth, in-person, walk & talk
- Relational Counseling- 60-90 minutes: $150 – in-person only
- Group Therapy- 60-75 minutes: $50 (max 8 individuals). Groups will be announced and promoted – telehealth and in-person
- Clinical Hypnosis is only offered in-person and only in conjunction with individual sessions as appropriate to treatment goals (see Clinical Hypnosis tab)
Insurance taken:
- Regence BlueShield of Washington
- Premera BlueCross of Washington
- BCBS of Massachusetts (for WA residents)
Out of network- a superbill (a receipt you submit to your insurance for reimbursement) can be provided for individual counseling with the understanding that I must include a diagnosis to satisfy insurance requirements.
There are apps that can make submitting a superbill easier on you. We can explore this together.
HSAs and debit/credit cards may be used to pay for sessions.
An active form of payment must be kept on file to schedule after the initial session.

Consultation & Coaching Services
I am passionate about getting information about childhood brain development, adult & parental emotional regulation, and communication skill building into the hands of individuals and families.
As such, I offer consultation and training on communication skill building for men, parents, and professionals; on vicarious trauma and ethical self care; and on grief and bereavement.
Additionally, I offer non-therapeutic coaching services for those interested in creative problem solving, specific goal setting, and time-limited actionable steps for goal achievement. These services are not covered under insurance, and can be accessed from outside the Washington State area. These services will not include a diagnosis, therapeutic treatment, or mental health services covered under board certified education and training standards. *Coaching services are provided via video conference only at this time.
$80 per hour (includes accountability check-in between appointments)
